Coaching is not consulting, nor is it counseling. A coaching posture puts you in the driver’s seat. You’ll explore open-ended questions and judgement-free observations that guide you to your own best path for action. If, however, you feel some consulting related to what is being discussed would help enhance the coaching process, that can be implemented.
